The National Monuments Service's description

Located adjacent to two adjoining holy wells dedicated to St. Patrick (SL019-151001-) and St. Brigid (SL019-151002-) respectively, within a small walled enclosure. Built into the enclosure wall, at SW is a stone plaque (H 0.45m; Wth 0.12-0.28m) whose entire face is occupied by a crude depiction of the crucified Christ in relief.
