The National Monuments Service's description

Located to WNW of centre in the interior of Colgagh rath (SL015-035001-). Roughly rectangular depression (dims. L E-W 4m; Wth N-S 1.3m; D 0.35m) with a narrow U-shaped base. This may be the remains of a collapsed souterrain. However no lintels or side walling are evident.
