The National Monuments Service's description
In dense hazel scrub, on S downslope at edge of a field of pasture. A cashel is mentioned by Wood-Martin (1887-8, 121) and Milligan (1890-1, 577-8) but because of the dnese overgrowth it did not prove possible to locate it precisely.
