The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on the summit of a gentle slope of a very low rise in wet, marshy, grassland just beside the estuary of the Finne River and Ballysadare Bay. This is one of three hut sites. It is oval in plan (L 6m N/S, Wth 5m E/W. It is defined by a ditch (Wth 0.80-1m, D 0.10m-0.20m).
