The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in gently undulating wet pasture, abutting the N side of an E-W orientated rise. Sod-covered, D-shaped mound (16 E−W; 8m N−S to drain; H 0.8m at E, 1m at W) of heat-shattered stones in charcoal-rich soil. The straight side at S is defined a field ditch (Wth 2m) which cuts through the mound where it abuts the natural rise. A second fulacht fiadh (SL008-188---) lies c. 225m to the ENE.
