The National Monuments Service's description

Located against the E-facing exterior wall of a modern house.
This small, neat bullaun stone consists of a circular stone (diam. 0.3m; H 0.2m) with a circular hollow (diam. 0.16m; D 0.04m) in the centre of its upper surface. The stone is circular in its horizontal cross-section and roughly bowl-shaped in vertical cross-section. The central hollow is shallow, vertical-sided and flat-based. The stone is lightly covered in moss. The provenance of the stone is unknown.
