The National Monuments Service's description
Marked only on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as an oval embanked enclosure (ext. dims c. 45m NW-SE; c. 35m NE-SW), and situated on a low-lying landscape at the S edge of a basin. This is a D-shaped grass-covered platform (dims 37m N-S; 15m E-W; H 0.2m at N to 1.3m at E) with traces of the facing-stones of a wall (Wth 1.2m) visible at the edge of the platform at E. The platform is truncated by a NNW-SSE field wall at W and a NE-SW field wall at S, and overlain by a N-S farm track.
