The National Monuments Service's description

On the E shore of Lough Funshinagh, a large turlough. A limestone boulder (dims. 0.95m x 0.6-0.7m) has a flat upper surfaces at two levels (H 0.85m at W; H 0.4m at E), and is locally regarded as a mass-rock. (Anon 1994b; Beirne 2000, 279)
