The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a rock outcrop pinnacle at the N end of a NW-SE ridge. There is a shallow rectangular quarry (dims 15m N-S; 15m E-W; D 0.4-0.8m) SE of the tower house (RO042-147001-), which probably provided the material for it.
