The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on a rock outcrop pinnacle at the N end of a NW-SE ridge, and immediately S of tower house (RO042-147001-). Rectangular grass-covered area (dims c. 15m N-S; 15m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.2m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 0.5m) and outer fosse (Wth of base 1.2m; D 0.6m) at S, and the remains of walls (Wth 1-1.2m) at E and W.
