The National Monuments Service's description
Towards the bottom of a gentle NE-facing slope of Moydow Hill. Described as a subcircular area (dims 56m E-W; 50m N-S) defined by the remnants of an earthen bank and slight traces of a fosse (Gannon 1972). It is not visible now at ground level in reclaimed pasture. Rath (RO042-052----) is c. 175m to the ENE.
