The National Monuments Service's description

Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in a low-lying landscape c. 200m WNW of what was Cloontogher House. Subcircular domed overgrown area (dims 25m E-W; 18m N-S) defined by a rush-covered fosse (Wth of base 2.6m; D 0.35m). It was probably a tree-ring.
