The National Monuments Service's description
On level, low-lying ground. Excavated (06E1097) in 2006 by L. Morahan. The surface of roadway (RO039-043021-) was cut by an iron furnace, evident as iron slag, charcoal and fire-redenned clay but very little of it survived as it was in turn cut by the burial of an adult female and baby (RO039-043023-). (Morahan 2007)
