Archaeological testing of an extensive area in the vicinity of moated site (RO034-070----) and barrow (RO034-071----) recovered evidence of a hearth in a baked clay oval area (dims. 0.8m x 0.6m) with charcoal. (Morahan 2009, 3; 2012)
