The National Monuments Service's description

On a SE-facing slope at the E end of Carnfree ridge. Outside the perimeter of ecclesiastical enclosure (RO028-075004-) at S. A charcoal-filled trench recovered in excavation (06E0655) is interpreted as part of a corn-drying kiln (Shanahan 2009a, 455).
