The National Monuments Service's description
On a slight S-facing slope. A grass-covered depression (dims 9m E-W; 2.5m N-S; D 0.5m) extending E through the interior from the perimeter of rath (RO028-054001-) at NW may be a souterrain, which is described in italic lettering on the 1836 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as a 'Subterranean Passage'.
