The National Monuments Service's description
On the SE bank of the SW-NE Ogulla River, c. 70m from the river and approaching the rath (RO022-114003-) from the S. Remote sensing surveys in 2003 revealed a roadway (Wth c. 10m; L c. 80m) bordered by low earthen banks approaching from the S, and later field banks in the vicinity. It is continued S of the Dominican priory (RO022-114006-) by the road (RO022-113002-). (Brady 2003, 66, feature 8)
