The National Monuments Service's description
In the Dominican Priory (RO022-114006-) at Tulsk. The top (dims 2.15m x 0.35m plus; T 0.2m) of the tomb of Frances Gardiner, dated 1679, is almost buried in the SW corner of the transept.
