The National Monuments Service's description

Towards the top of the S-facing slope of a slight E-W ridge that projects E from Rathcroghan. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 37.7m ENE-WSW; 34m NNW-SSE) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.5-3.5m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.7-8m N-E to 1.2m S-W). There is no visible fosse, but there is a grass-covered quarry outside the perimeter at NE. There is an entrance (Wth 3m) at N, and a widened entrance at WSW. Rath (RO022-098----) is c. 80m to the NW and ringfort (RO022-100----) is c. 250m to the ESE.
