The National Monuments Service's description
Towards the bottom of the E-facing slope of Rathcroghan, and at the centre of rath (RO022-057055-). This is a house platform (dims c. 8m E-W; 6m N-S; H 0.1m at W to 0.7m at E) with some stones visible. The well (RO022-057053-) is c. 30m to the E.
This is a National Monument in state ownership: No. 294.
