The National Monuments Service's description

Marked only on the 1927 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a slight rise of the N-facing slope of the Rathcroghan ridge with a large quarry immediately to the N. Rectangular mound of earth and stones (dims. 2.5m N-S; 1.4m E-W; H 0.4m), which is probably spoil. (Herity 1983, 131;1984, 134; Waddell 1988, 10)
