The National Monuments Service's description
On a small E-W hillock. An area of c. 10 ha contained pits which are visible on aerial photographs (ACAP: V206/, 44, 45, 58, 57). This area is reclaimed pasture and the pits are reduced to an area of c. 1 ha (c. 2.5 acres).
