The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle S-facing slope beside Toberbreedia Well (RO020-013001-), which is described as an ancient well (OS Name Books). There is a grass-covered rectangular penetential cairn (dims. 7m x 4m; H 0.8m), just to the N of the well with two pump-houses nearby.
