The National Monuments Service's description
In a hollow (diam. c. 15m) in an undulating landscape. An L-shaped wall (Wth 0.6-0.8m; H 0.1-0.3m) running W (L 4m) and S (L 3.5m) at the NE edge of the hollow has a globular stone (dims 0.3m x 0.6m; H 0.75m) at the angle, which is the Mass-rock. (Beirne 2000, 196)
