The National Monuments Service's description

Towards the bottom of the SE-facing slope of a drumlin. Subcircular overgrown area (dims 30m N-S; 25.2m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 5-5.3m; int. H 0.3-1m; ext. H 0.5-1m) ESE-W-NW which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.9-1.4m) elsewhere, separated by a complete fosse (Wth of top 3.5m; Wth of base 2.5-2.8m) from an outer bank (Wth 4.3-5m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.2-0.7m) S-E. There is no visible entrance, but the perimeter is partly obscured by field spoil.
