The National Monuments Service's description
Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map where it is described as a 'Dolmen'. Situated on a NNE-facing slope, and built into a NNE-SSW drystone wall. A limestone upright (dims 1m x 0.7m; H 1.4m) oriented E-W with a limestone erratic (dims 2.1m x 1.3m; H 1.2m) 3-3.5m E of it. (de Valera and Ó Nualláin 1972, 42)
