The National Monuments Service's description
On level ground with rock outcrop NW of the SW-NE Killukin river. An area of c. 10 ha contains rectangular fields (dims 20m x c. 30m to c. 100m x c. 50m) defined by earthen banks (Wth c. 2- 3m; H 0.2-0.4m). The mill and mill-race (RO011-162001) is at the S edge of the fields, but no organic connection between them can be established.
