The National Monuments Service's description

On the SE-facing slope of a drumlin. Oval area (dims 26.5m NE-SW; 17.3m NW-SE), which is now a small orchard, defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2-3m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 0.2-0.4m) WSW-NE and a scarp (max. H 1.05m) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 2-2.7m; D 0.2m) SW-N. There is no visible entrance. Earthwork (RO007-073----) is c. 140m to the ENE.
