The National Monuments Service's description
On a gentle S-facing slope c. 110m NE of the eastern end of Lower Lough Gara, which is now reclaimed, and the Boyle River. Sandstone block (dims. 1.1m x 0.55m; L 1.9m) which once stood c. 100m S of the portal tomb (RO005-015----), but was removed c. 1965 and now lies against a field bank.
