The National Monuments Service's description
Site of a 17th century Hueguenot glassworks in field to the W of Feddaun Castle (OF029-013----). Traces of glass furnace structure were recovered from the field walls around the vicinity of the furnace (pers comm. Mary Boydell) and glass inkwell now in display in Cloghan Castle found in field many years ago when the field was ploughed (pers comm Brian Thompson). Not visible at ground level. Site of a levelled 17th century glassworks.
