The National Monuments Service's description
Church built with roughly coursed limestone blocks (dims. 16.70m x 7.60m,wall T 0.80m) with remains of vaulted area (Wth 2.80m) indicated by portion of cross-wall at W end. This area at the W was the living quarters for the priest. Five two-light ogee-headed window in E gable with two human heads,one over the hood moulding the other at the N side of it. A third was probably robbed from the S side. Large piscina with plain dressed two-centred arch in E end of S wall. Other doorways and windows have been broken-out. Graveslab (OF027-001003-) dated 1603 not located but recorded (JRSAI 1900,92) and said to have been moved to Walsh Island.
