The National Monuments Service's description
The site (L 1.14m min.; Wth 0.96m; D 0.27m) consists of a compact structure of light brushwood, 2-3 pieces deep, in the base of the drain. The brushwood is orientated ENE-SWS, with some evidence of machine disturbance. A chisel point was recorded. Wood species include hazel. The site is in well-humified Phragmites peat. It is located below the SE end of SMR OF018-043----. SMR OF018-041---- and SMR OF018-042---- are located 1.8m and 3.3m to the NW, respectively.
