The National Monuments Service's description

The site (L 32.97m min.; Wth 1.36m; D 0.07m min.) is orientated E-W and consists of a series of dispersed, transverse pieces of heavy brushwood and roundwoods, set on, longitudinal light brushwood. The transverse pieces (diam. 0.06-0.082m) are set 0.36-1.2m apart. Birch, ash, alder and Pomoideae were the species identified. The site is located above moderately humified Eriophorum, Sphagnum and ericaceous peat. The W end of the site is 3.1m E of SMR OF015-316----. Although other small deposits of brushwood are evident in this area, there is no clear association between the material.
