The National Monuments Service's description

A disturbed site (L 15.928m; Wth 1.63m min.; D 0.065m), orientated NW-SE which is composed of roundwoods and transverse brushwood. At the central sighting, the site consists of an irregular deposit of a roundwood and four fragmentary pieces of light brushwood. Two chisel points and evidence for branch-trimming are noted. The wood has been identified as ash and alder and it is located in Sphagnum and Eriophorum peat containing traces of ericaceous root. This site is located in an area with much material on the field surface. The site shares the same orientation as SMR OF015-281----, 7.7m to the NW, and SMR OF015-297----, 9.5m to the SE.
