The National Monuments Service's description

The site (L 25m; D 0.63m) was orientated SSE-NNW and composed of a series of isolated longitudinal roundwoods (diam. 0.16m max.) with occasional pegs one of which had a broken tip (L 0.63m; diam. 0.048). Numerous toolmarks were noted on other pieces. This site represented the remains of a destroyed togher.
