The National Monuments Service's description
Part of archaeological complex consisting of an ecclesiastical enclosure, earthwork and togher. Thomas refers to a stone road which runs along the top of Pike Hill E of the monastic site marking the outer vallum. No further details available. (McDonald, T. 1987, 11; Thomas, c. , 1971, 29-31, 212-213)
