The National Monuments Service's description

This kiln (136) is an oval feature (dims 2.05m E-W; 0.85m N-S; max. D 0.28m at E) located in the central area c. 12m E of the central barrow (ME038-071001-) but its S half had been removed by the S boundary of the field system. It had three fills but the basal layer of a fire-reddened sandy clay was limited to the E end. The overlying charcoal layer included oak and some barley grains, one of which yielded a C14 date of 427-609 cal. AD (BETA 246973). (Rathbone 2009, 22)
