The National Monuments Service's description
Located towards the bottom of the SE-facing slope of Wardstown Hill or Tlachta. The Wardstown chapel, known as Teampul Cuimhne - Remembrance Chapel (ME030-002----) is within a rectangular graveyard (dims c. 53m E-W; c. 40m N-S) defined by earthen banks with trees. The headstones date from c. 1750 to c. 1970.
