The National Monuments Service's description

Located on a slight S-facing slope. A large enclosure (diam. c. 150m, crest to crest) defined by a broad low bank (Wth c. 20-30m; H 0.15m) was identified on LiDAR material (Davies, S. 2011, 38-9). An opening in the perimeter is detected at N, and the perimeter at S expands into a mound (ME030-036----). The monument is bisected by an E-W field boundary. A remote sensing survey (12R0055) in the N part recorded little, apart from a very weak, low magnetic anomaly, suggesting the possibility of an inner revetment to the defining bank (Davis 2017, 9).
