The National Monuments Service's description
Located towards the top of a slight NE-facing slope. This is an oval or subrectangular, grass-covered feature (dims of base: 17.5m WNW-ESE; 11.8m NNE-SSW; dims of top: c. 13m WNW-ESE; 6.6m NNE-SSW) defined by scarps (H 0.4m at W to 0.8m at N to 1.3m at E). At S it is incorporated into the defining scarp of rath (ME024-001005-) and it is probably curtailed by an E-W path on the N side. It is inside the perimeter of the ecclesiastical enclosure (ME024-001004-) at N.
