The National Monuments Service's description

Two flat-rimmed, octagonal fonts are located in the parish church of Balrathboyne (ME024-001----). That in the NW angle of the nave is limestone (dims 0.56m x 0.52m; H 0.23m) with a circular, dished basin (diam. 0.42m; max. D 0.17m) and chamfered under-panels.
