The National Monuments Service's description
Remains of mound, c. 20m in diam., with central depression. Listed as passage-tomb (Herity 1974, 251). Decorated stone (ME019-041001-) found immediately S of fence which borders mound on that side (O'Kelly 1978, 58-9).
The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
