The National Monuments Service's description

Located towards the bottom of the S-facing slope of the E-W ridge of Mullagha Hill. The cropmark of a subrectangular enclosure (dims c. 60m E-W; c. 55m N-S) defined by a single fosse is visible only on Apple Maps (2018). There is a smaller circular enclosure (diam. c. 37m) inside the SE angle of the larger. It was first reported by Jean Charles Caillére.
