The National Monuments Service's description

In karst and scrub, 100m E of cashel (MA120-019----). Rectangular area (36m N-S; 42m E-W), enclosed by heavily overgrown, partly collapsed stone wall (Wth 2.5m; H 2.2m) on low earthen bank containing collapse (Wth 2.5m; H 1m). Gap in NE. Walling on SW and NW forms part of surrounding field fence system. Field fence bisects the site's interior and cashel wall on NNW and S points. NE of interior is very overgrown and contains clearance and rock outcrop.
