The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, sloping to N. Skirted on S by road. Irregular shaped area (37.5m N-S; 54.2m E-W), enclosed by earthen bank (H 0.7m), with external fosse (D 0.5m) NNW to SE. Bank straight sided on E, N and W; arched SW to SE. Overlain on W by stone field fence. Entrance (Wth 3.1m) with causeway on E.
