The National Monuments Service's description
In the SW corner of a pasture field, located on a ridge with a gentle fall of ground to N–NE, giving good views over a broad stream valley.
Not on any edition of the OS 6-inch maps. D-shaped area (26m N–S; 23m E–W to field wall) defined on the curving side at N–SE by a low stony bank (Wth 2.2-2.5m, int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.3m at SE, 0.9m at NNE). The external face of the bank is highest and most substantial at N–NE to compensate for the natural slope. The straight side of the enclosure at W is formed by a NNE–SSW field wall, and a perpendicular wall clips the S edge of the enclosure. There is no visible trace of the enclosure to W of the NNE–SSW field wall. The interior is not noticeably raised above exterior ground level; it has a slight slope down to SW.
