The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, located in a natural depression of wet ground with a stream 10m to SSE.
Low, compact horseshoe-shaped mound (12m NE–SW; 9.6m; H 0.5m) with a shallow depression (Wth 2m) between the ‘arms’ of the mound at SSE, most likely indicating the position of a trough. The mound is composed of heat-shattered stones in black, charcoal-rich soil, and stands out as a firm, dry rise surrounded by damp, rush-grown ground. Another fulacht fia (MA092-100----) is located c. 120m to NNE.
