In pasture, located on the level grassy top of a natural rocky rise, in uneven, undulating terrain broken by rocky outcrops. The field has undergone reclamation work and heaps of field clearance stones are piled on some of the natural outcrops.
Roughly oval area (c. 6m NW–SE; 4.5-5m NE–SW) defined by a sod-covered, somewhat irregular, stony bank (Wth 1.5m; H 0.4m). The interior appears slightly sunken.
There is an enclosure (MA092-118----) c. 12m to E, and a possible enclosure (MA092-098001-) and field walls (MA092-098002-) are located c.150m to SE.
