The National Monuments Service's description

Located to W of centre in the interior of a rath (MA071-106----). A lintelled opening (Wth c. 0.6m; H 0.2m) at ground surface reveals a drystone subterranean passage on a roughly NE–SW axis. The opening is blocked with stone and the passage is inaccessible.
