The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, located on a rise in undulating terrain, with good views to NW along a shallow valley of damp pasture. There is a stream/drain 60m to W and another 140m to N.
Roughly circular platform (22.6m N−S; 23.3m E−W) defined by a scarp (H 0.85m at NW, 0.9m at SE; Wth slope 1.6m at NW, 1.3m SE). There is natural fall of ground outside the scarp at SW−NW. There is no obvious entrance feature –it may have been on the E side where the rath faces level ground. The interior is level and featureless.
A NW−SE field fence clips the scarp at NE−E. The rath perimeter is ringed with hawthorn, hazel and blackthorn bushes, with an outer arc of overgrowth 4m outside the rath at S; the interior is grass-covered, with nettles and brambles. Another rath (MA071-034----) is located 230m to SE.
